CubeSmart Self-Storage in Houston is seeking a Store Operations Associate to manage stores within your district, delivering outstanding customer service and maintaining property conditions. You will build customer relationships, hit monthly sales goals, handle leasing, payments and deposits, and perform daily tasks such as unit showings while keeping the facility clean and safe.

Responsibilities

• Walk the property to perform daily operational tasks including lock checks and showing units to customers.
• Rent self-storage units, sell store merchandise, manage the leasing process, accept payments via POS, and complete daily deposits.
