Responsibilities include cash handling at checkout, promoting rewards programs, assisting with Buy Online Pickup in Store and Ship from Store, stocking, and enforcing safety and SOP standards. This role offers participation in a dynamic retail environment.

Qualifications

• Retail or cleaning experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintain store cleanliness and recovery standards to deliver the Michaels Brand Promises.
• Provide friendly customer service and assist customers in finding products.
• Perform checkout duties with standard cash handling.
• Engage customers in rewards programs and private label credit card enrollments.
• Assist with Omni-channel processes (BOPIS, Ship from Store) and stock movement.
