Responsibilities

• Manage stockroom, signing, equipment and merchandising.
• Support omni-channel, style, and asset protection initiatives.
• Conduct talent analysis and create career progression plans.
• Interview, hire, train, and discipline staff as required.
• Maintain a flexible retail schedule including evenings and weekends.
