• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or related field.
• Proven retail management experience with a focus on customer-facing operations.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Proficiency with retail management software and data analytics tools.
• Ability to develop strategic plans and translate them into actionable objectives.

Responsabilidades

• Lead front-of-house customer-facing operations and drive exceptional service experiences.
• Develop and implement strategies to enhance customer engagement and sales performance.
• Monitor customer feedback and analytics to improve service delivery.
• Collaborate with marketing and supply chain to align sales strategies with goals.
• Lead weekly Sales and Marketing meetings and support leadership on targets.
