Job summary

You will participate in truck unloading, stocking, and merchandising, while promoting rewards programs and Omni-channel options like BOPIS and SFS.

Qualifications

• Retail and/or customer service experience preferred.
• Able to stand for long periods and perform physical tasks as part of the role.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills required.

Responsibilities

• Help customers shop, locate products, and provide solutions.
• Provide a fast, friendly checkout experience with cash handling to standards.
• Encourage enrollment in the Rewards program and Private Label Credit Cards.
• Educate customers about the Voice of Customer (VOC) survey.
• Assist with Omni-channel processes (BOPIS and SFS).
• Participate in truck unloading, stocking, and planogram (POGs).
• Perform merchandise recovery and maintain in-stock condition.
• Support Store In Stock Optimization (SISO) and AD set duties.
• Support shrink and safety programs and adhere to SOPs.
