Job summary

Michaels is seeking a Store Team Member in Vienna, VA to deliver friendly customer service and a fast, accurate checkout experience. You’ll help customers find products, enroll them in rewards, and support omni-channel processes like Buy Online Pickup in Store (BOPIS) and Ship From Store (SFS).

You will assist with unloading merchandise, stocking, planograms, and maintaining an in-stock store. The role includes work with safety programs and returns, requiring flexibility for evenings, weekends

Qualifications

• Retail or customer service experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Help customers shop, locate products, and provide solutions
• Provide fast, friendly checkout with cash handling to standards
• Engage customers in Rewards and Private Label Credit Card enrollments
• Assist with Buy Online Pickup in Store (BOPIS) and Ship From Store (SFS)
• Stocking, truck unloading and planogram (POGs) tasks
• Maintain in-stock store and merchandise recovery
• Support shrink and safety programs
