Mattress Warehouse is seeking motivated Retail Sales Consultants to join a growing team. You will help customers select premium mattresses using our exclusive bedMATCH diagnostic system and a proven selling process, driving sales while delivering outstanding service.

With 520+ stores nationwide and family-owned roots, the company offers a 4–5 day workweek, evening/weekend shifts, travel-free teamwork, and robust benefits including medical, dental, vision, and 401(k) with employer matching.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail sales or customer service preferred.
• Availability to work retail schedule including evenings, most holidays, and weekends.
• Bi-lingual ability (English and Spanish) is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Sell mattresses using bedMATCH system and proven selling process.
• Assist customers with loading purchases onto their vehicles.
• Provide a relaxed, low-pressure and educational shopping experience.
