Mattress Warehouse is seeking a Retail Sales Associate to help customers find the right mattress using our bedMATCH system, delivering friendly service and driving sales. You will guide customers through product choices, demonstrate features, and provide an educational shopping experience.

With over 520 stores nationwide, the company offers comprehensive training, benefits, and career growth, including generous PTO and a chance to work a flexible schedule that includes evenings and weekends.

Qualifications

• Available to work a retail schedule including evenings, most holidays, and all weekends.
• Able to lift up to 75 pounds and assist customers with loading purchases.
• Familiar with tablets and point-of-sale systems.
• Desire to provide a relaxed, low-pressure, educational shopping experience.

Responsibilities

• Sell premium mattress/bedding products using our proven selling process and bedMatch system.
• Assist customers in selecting products and arranging loading/delivery.
• Provide exceptional customer service to help improve sleep quality for customers.
