Mattress Warehouse is seeking highly motivated Retail Sales Consultants to join our growing team. You will confidently sell premium mattress and bedding products using our proven selling process and bedMatch system to guide customers toward their best sleep solutions.

Qualifications

• Retail sales experience preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 75 pounds.
• Excellent communication in English; bilingual a plus.

Responsibilities

• Sell mattresses and bedding products using the bedMatch system and proven selling process.
• Provide customers with a relaxed, low-pressure and educational shopping experience.
• Assist customers with loading mattress purchases onto their vehicles.
