Job summary

Mattress Warehouse is seeking energetic Retail Sales Consultants to help customers find the right mattress using bedMATCH. You will deliver a personalized, low-pressure shopping experience and guide buyers through product selection.

With 520+ stores, the team emphasizes excellent customer service, ongoing training, and growth opportunities, including advantageous benefits and PTO. A 4–5 day work week is common, with 40–55 hours.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail sales or customer-facing roles.
• Fluency in English; Spanish or another language a plus.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Willingness to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Sell mattresses and bedding using the bedMATCH system.
• Provide a low-pressure, educational shopping experience.
• Assist customers with loading purchases onto vehicles.
• Participate in training and utilize POS/tablet tech.
