Job summary

Mattress Warehouse is seeking motivated Retail Sales Consultants to help customers find the right sleep solutions using our bedMATCH diagnostic system. This USA-based role emphasizes high-energy, team-driven service and a strong customer focus.

You will work a retail schedule including evenings, holidays, and weekends, with a compensation package that includes an hourly wage or commission, bonuses, and a generous 401(k) match.

Qualifications

• Previous retail sales experience preferred.
• Ability to work evenings, holidays, and weekends.
• Fluent in English; Spanish a plus.
• Comfortable lifting up to 75 pounds and assisting customers with loading mattresses.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers in selecting mattresses using bedMATCH.
• Provide product knowledge and education to customers.
• Help load purchases into customers' vehicles and maintain showroom.
• Deliver friendly, low-pressure, high-service shopping experiences.
