Mattress Warehouse is seeking highly motivated Retail Sales Consultants to help customers select mattresses using our bedMATCH diagnostic system. You will sell premium bedding through a proven selling process and provide a relaxed, educational shopping experience.

This role rewards strong service with a generous compensation package, benefits, PTO, and growth opportunities; a schedule that includes evenings, holidays, and weekends, with 40–55 hours per week.

Qualifications

• Availability to work retail schedule including evenings, most holidays, and weekends.
• Bilingual English/Spanish or other languages a plus.
• Ability to lift up to 75 pounds and assist customers with loading purchases.

Responsibilities

• Sell premium mattresses using our bedMatch diagnostic system and proven selling process.
• Provide a relaxed, low-pressure, educational shopping experience for customers.
• Assist customers with loading purchases onto their vehicles.
• Utilize tablets and mobile POS to complete transactions and capture customer information.
