Mattress Warehouse is seeking motivated Retail Sales Consultants to join our expanding team. You will help customers select premium mattresses and bedding using our bedMATCH diagnostic system, delivering a friendly, low-pressure shopping experience.

Qualifications

• Bilingual English and Spanish or other languages a plus.
• Ability to lift up to 75 pounds and assist customers with loading purchases.

Responsibilities

• Sell premium mattress/bedding products using our bedMATCH diagnostic system.
• Provide a relaxed, low-pressure and educational shopping experience.
• Assist customers with loading purchases onto their vehicles and maintain showroom readiness.
