AppleOne Employment Services in Lakeland is seeking a Retail Center Sales Consultant to drive sales, educate customers on health insurance products, and build lasting relationships in the community.

You will generate leads, manage inquiries, support enrollment events, and work to meet sales targets while delivering excellent customer service. Onsite role requires flexibility for evenings and weekends.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 0–1 year of relevant experience or equivalent transferable experience.
• Must have 215 or 240 and 2026 FFM certification.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and web-based tools.
• Sales, business development, or health insurance experience preferred.

We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Retail Center Sales Consultant to drive sales, customer retention, and community engagement. The role involves educating customers about health insurance products, recommending suitable coverage options, generating leads, and building strong customer relationships.

Job Locations: Lakeland, Pensacola, North Jacksonville, and Port St. Lucie, Florida. Payrate: $26.75/hr. Onsite.

Must have 215 or 240 AND they must already posses the 2026 FFM certification
