Requirements

• Associate degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or Communications, or at least 60 college credits, plus 1 year of related customer service or claims experience in health insurance; preferred.
• Alternatively, high school diploma and at least 3 years of related customer service or claims experience in health insurance; preferred.
