New Balance is seeking Retail Sale Associates to ensure smooth store operations and deliver exemplary customer service. You will use expert product knowledge and the GUEST service model to greet customers, understand needs, educate on features, and close sales with thoughtful upselling.

Responsibilities include fitting customers with the right NB products, communicating current promotions, maintaining a clean, well-stocked floor, and ensuring accurate pricing and labeling.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Should be a people person.
• Past retail experience preferred, but not necessary.
• Strong customer service and verbal communication skills.
• Demonstrated ability to flourish in a team environment.
• Familiarity with cash register functions.
• Ability to quickly perform basic math.
• Willingness to work a flexible schedule that may include weekends and holidays.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs with assistance as needed, stand for long periods, and navigate stairs.

Responsabilités

• Provide customer service using proper selling techniques and the GUEST service model.
• Correctly measure and fit customers with NB products.
• Inform customers about promotions in progress.
• Keep the sales floor neat, organized, and well stocked.
• Ensure items are labeled and priced properly.
• Protect products by greeting customers and reporting shrinkage or security issues.
• Follow safety regulations and report accidents or near misses.
