Job summary

New Balance in Round Rock, TX is seeking Retail Sales Associates to ensure smooth store operations and deliver exemplary customer service with expert product knowledge. You will represent the NB brand throughout every transaction, using the GUEST service model to greet, understand needs, educate, and close sales.

Role requires strong communication, ability to work in a team, and a flexible schedule including weekends/holidays.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Should be a people person with strong customer service.
• Retail experience is a plus but not required.
• Strong verbal communication skills are essential.
• Teamwork in a fast-paced environment is important.
• Familiarity with cash register functions is helpful.
• Able to perform basic math quickly and accurately.
• Flexible schedule including weekends/holidays.
• Ability to lift 4 lbs frequently and up to 8 lbs occasionally, etc.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service using proper selling techniques, product knowledge, and the GUEST service model.
• Correctly measure and fit customers with appropriate NB product.
• Inform customers about any promotions we have running.
• Keep the floor always looking its best – neat, organized, and well stocked.
• Make sure items are labeled and price marked properly.
• Protect our products by greeting customers and managing security tags and shrinkage.
• Follow safety regulations, including lifting procedures and reporting accidents.
