New Balance is seeking a Retail Sales Associate in Cypress, TX to help customers with expert product knowledge and friendly service. You will greet customers, understand their needs, and guide them through each step of the transaction while representing the New Balance brand.

Responsibilities include measuring and fitting customers, promoting current promotions, keeping the floor clean and well stocked, and ensuring accurate labeling.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Strong customer service and verbal communication skills.
• Demonstrated ability to flourish in a team environment.
• Familiarity with cash register functions.
• Ability to quickly perform basic math.
• Willingness to work a flexible schedule that may include weekends and holidays.
• Physical requirements: lift up to 50 lbs with assistance, stand for long periods, climb stairs.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service using proper selling techniques and the GUEST service model.
• Measure and fit customers with NB product.
• Inform customers about promotions.
• Keep the sales floor neat, organized, and well stocked.
• Ensure items are labeled and price marked properly.
• Protect products by monitoring floor merchandise and reporting shrinkage or security concerns.
• Follow safety regulations and report accidents or near misses.
