You will learn NB product features, stay organized on the sales floor, handle promotions, and support store operations. Prior retail experience helps, but a people-focused attitude and teamwork are essential.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Strong customer service and verbal communication skills.
• Willingness to work a flexible schedule that may include weekends and holidays.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service using proper selling techniques, product knowledge, and the GUEST service model.
• Greet customers, understand their needs, and educate on product features and benefits.
• Transact sales through suggestive selling and effective closing.
• Keep the floor neat, organized, and well-stocked; ensure items are labeled and priced properly.
• Follow safety regulations and report accidents or security issues.
