New Balance in Concord Mills, NC is seeking Retail Sales Associates to ensure smooth store operations and deliver exemplary customer service. You will educate customers on product features, assist with fitting NB products, and drive sales through effective closing techniques.

The role requires strong communication, a willingness to work a flexible schedule including weekends, and the ability to stand for long periods while maintaining a clean and organized sales floor.

Formación

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• People person with strong communication skills.
• Retail experience preferred but not required.
• Ability to provide excellent customer service and work in a team.
• Familiarity with cash register functions and basic math.
• Willingness to work flexible hours including weekends/holidays.
• Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for long periods.

Responsabilidades

• Provide customer service using proper selling techniques and product knowledge.
• Assist customers and guide them through the sales process.
• Measure and fit customers with appropriate NB products.
• Inform customers about promotions and ensure neat, well-stocked floors.
• Maintain security tagging, monitor merchandise, and report issues.
• Follow safety procedures and report accidents or near misses.
