Job summary

New Balance Athletics in Grove City, PA is seeking Retail Sale Associates to ensure smooth store operations and deliver exemplary customer service. You will use expert product knowledge, proper selling techniques, and the GUEST service model to assist customers throughout every step of the transaction, representing the NB brand.

Responsibilities include helping customers, educating them on product features, handling transactions, and maintaining a neat, well-stocked floor.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Should be a people person!
• Past retail experience preferred, but not necessary
• Strong customer service and verbal communication skills
• Demonstrated ability to flourish in a team environment
• Familiarity with cash register functions
• Ability to quickly perform basic math
• Willingness to work a flexible schedule that may include weekends and holidays
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service using proper selling techniques and product knowledge.
• Understand the customer's needs and educate on product features and benefits.
• Solve customer questions and complete transactions with effective closing.
• Measure and fit customers with appropriate NB product.
• Inform customers about promotions and keep floor neat and stocked.
• Maintain proper labeling and price marking; monitor security tags and shrinkage.
