New Balance in Brandywine, DE is hiring Retail Sale Associates who ensure stores operate smoothly and provide exemplary customer service. You will educate customers on NB products, assist throughout the transaction, and maintain neat, well-stocked floors while representing the NB brand.

Qualified applicants are 18+, friendly, with strong communication, a team mindset, and basic math/cashier familiarity. Prior retail helpful but not required; flexible weekends/holidays may be needed.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Strong customer service and verbal communication skills.
• Past retail experience preferred, but not necessary.
• Familiarity with cash register functions.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs with assistance.
• Flexible schedule including weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service using proper selling techniques and product knowledge.
