New Balance in Elizabeth, NJ is seeking Retail Sale Associates to deliver exemplary customer service and share product knowledge, guiding shoppers through every step of the purchase.

You will greet customers, assess their needs, explain features, close sales, assist with fitting NB products, keep the floor stocked, and support promotions with accuracy and safety.

Flexible schedule including weekends/holidays, with hourly pay ranging from $16 to $24 depending on experience and location.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Strong customer service and verbal communication skills.
• Past retail experience preferred, but not required.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including weekends and holidays.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs with assistance and stand for extended periods.

Responsibilities
