This role emphasizes friendly service, basic math for transactions, and teamwork. Flexible scheduling including weekends/holidays is required; prior retail experience is helpful but not mandatory.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Past retail experience preferred, but not necessary.
• Strong customer service and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs with assistance and stand for extended periods.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service using proper selling techniques, product knowledge, and the GUEST service model.
• Greet customers and understand their needs, educating on product features and benefits.
• Inform customers about current promotions and pricing.
• Keep the sales floor neat, organized, and well stocked.
• Correctly measure and fit customers with appropriate NB products and ensure accurate labelling.
