Responsibilities

• Processes freight.
• Assists with price changes/markdowns.
• Balances register according to company policy.
• Bags merchandise efficiently at checkout.
• Handles cash, checks and cards per policy.
• Obtains management approval for returns, voids and checks.
• Performs maintenance and housekeeping duties.
• Provides proper customer service, greets customers, and follows fitting room policies.
• Follows all safety procedures.
• Keeps a professional appearance with name tag.
• Assists with merchandising on the sales floor according to stock levels.
• Explains exchange/refund policies to customers after transactions.
• Supports Loss Prevention through surveillance and reporting theft or dishonesty.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
