You will support store operations, assist with pricing and markdowns, handle transactions, maintain visual standards, and follow safety procedures. The position emphasizes teamwork, reliability, and a positive work culture.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights and weekends.
• Ability to perform mathematical calculations such as addition, subtraction, multiplication, division, and percentages.

Responsibilities

• Process freight.
• Assist with price changes/markdowns.
• Balance register according to company policy.
• Bag merchandise efficiently at checkout.
• Handle cash, checks and credit cards according to policy.
• Obtain management approval for returns, voids and checks.
• Maintain store cleanliness and housekeeping duties as assigned.
• Provide proper customer service, greet customers, follow fitting room policies, ring transactions, thank customers.
• Follow all safety procedures.
• Keep a professional, neat appearance with name tag.
• Assist management in merchandising the sales floor.
• Explain exchange/refund policies.
• Support Loss Prevention with theft prevention and reporting.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
