Responsibilities

• Process freight.
• Assist with price changes/markdowns.
• Balance register according to company policy.
• Bag merchandise efficiently during transactions.
• Handle cash, checks and cards according to policy.
• Obtain management approval for returns/voids and checks.
• Perform maintenance and housekeeping duties as assigned.
• Provide customer service: greet customers, manage fitting rooms, ring transactions timely, thank customers, invite return.
• Follow all safety procedures.
• Maintain professional appearance with name tag.
• Assist management in merchandising on the sales floor according to stock levels.
• Explain exchange/refund policies to customers after transactions.
• Support Loss Prevention efforts and report theft or discrepancies.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
