Responsibilities

• Processes freight.
• Assists with price changes/markdowns.
• Balances register according to company policy.
• Bags merchandise efficiently during transactions.
• Handles cash, checks, and credit cards per policy.
• Obtains management approval for returns, voids and checks.
• Maintains store appearance and housekeeping as assigned.
• Provides customer service: greeting, explaining policies, and inviting return visits.
• Follows safety procedures.
• Wears name tag and maintains a professional appearance.
• Assists with merchandising on the sales floor.
• Explains exchange/refund policies after transactions.
• Supports Loss Prevention and reports incidents as needed.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
