• Handles cash, checks and cards according to policy.
• Obtains approval for returns, voids and checks when needed.
• Maintains store cleanliness and housekeeping tasks.
• Provides courteous customer service and greets shoppers.
• Follows safety procedures and wears name tag.
• Supports merchandising on the sales floor by stock levels.
• Explains exchanges/refunds to customers after transactions.
• Assists Store Manager with Loss Prevention efforts.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
