• Assisting with price changes/markdowns
• Balances register according to company policy
• Bags merchandise efficiently during checkout
• Handles cash, checks and credit cards according to policy
• Obtains management approval for returns, voids and checks
• Maintains store cleanliness and housekeeping duties
• Provides professional customer service and greets customers
• Follows safety procedures
• Maintains professional appearance and name tag
• Assists management in merchandising sales floor
• Explains exchange/refund policies
• Assists Store Manager with Loss Prevention procedures
• Performs other duties as assigned
