CITITRENDS, Inc. is seeking a Sales Associate to deliver excellent customer service with strong product knowledge in a dynamic retail environment. You will engage with customers, maintain store standards, and support change management while contributing to a positive work culture.

The role requires vigilance, integrity, and effective communication as you assist with merchandising, pricing changes, and loss prevention activities within the store. Location is in-store in Mississippi.

Formación

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Flexible schedule including nights and weekends.
• Ability to perform basic mathematical calculations (addition, subtraction, multiplication, division, percentages).

Responsabilidades

• Processes freight.
• Assists with price changes/markdowns.
• Balances register according to company policy.
• Bags merchandise efficiently at checkout.
• Handles cash, checks and credit cards correctly per policy.
• Obtains management approval for returns, voids, and checks.
• Maintains store cleanliness and housekeeping.
• Provides excellent customer service, greets customers, assists with fitting rooms and thanks customers.
• Follows all safety procedures.
• Maintains professional appearance with name tag.
• Assists management in merchandising on the sales floor.
• Explains exchange/refund policies to customers.
