CITITRENDS, Inc. is seeking a Sales Associate to deliver exceptional customer service and maintain product knowledge to enhance customer satisfaction in-store.

The role emphasizes proactive engagement, integrity, effective communication, and adaptability in a dynamic retail environment. The position supports a positive work culture, employee involvement, and change management within Store Operations, reporting to Store Management.

Qualificações

• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights and weekends.
• Ability to perform mathematical calculations such as addition, subtraction, multiplication, division, and percentages.

Responsabilidades

• Processes freight.
• Assisting with price changes/markdowns.
• Balances register according to company policy.
• Bags merchandise efficiently when completing a customer's transaction.
• Handles all cash, checks and credit cards correctly and by company policy.
• Obtains management approval when needed for returns, voids and checks.
• Handles maintenance and housekeeping duties as assigned.
• Provides proper customer service such as greeting customers, abiding by fitting room policies, ringing customer in a timely fashion, thanking customers for shopping and inviting them to return.
• Follows all safety procedures.
• Keeps a professional, neat appearance with name tag.
• Assists management in merchandising sales floor according to stock level.
• Explains exchange/refund policies to customers after transactions.
• Supports Loss Prevention procedures and reports incidents of theft or dishonesty.
• Performs other duties as may be assigned.
