Responsibilities

• Processing freight.
• Assisting with price changes/markdowns.
• Balancing the register according to policy.
• Calling out prices during checkout.
• Bagging merchandise efficiently at the point of sale.
• Handling cash, checks and cards according to policy.
• Obtaining management approval for returns, voids and checks.
• Maintaining store cleanliness and housekeeping duties.
• Providing customer service: greet customers, assist fitting rooms, and thank them for shopping.
• Following safety procedures and wearing a name tag.
• Assisting management with merchandising and stock levels.
• Explaining exchange/refund policies to customers.
• Supporting Loss Prevention procedures and reporting incidents.
