Job summary

Elements Massage in Walnut Creek, CA is hiring a Retail Sales Associate to welcome clients, guide them through the Elements Wellness Program, and deliver friendly, attentive service that builds lasting relationships.

Use a proven sales process, listen closely to new and returning clients, handle scheduling and payments with easy software, and contribute to a warm, service‑driven studio environment that motivates teams and supports monthly bonuses.

Qualifications

• Prior retail sales experience preferred; selling memberships or services in-person to potential clients.
• Customer Service in a spa-like environment is preferred; catering experiences that distinguish their value with attention, hospitality, and execution.
