Job summary

Elements Massage in Phoenix, AZ is seeking a motivated Retail Sales Associate to help clients access wellness services and memberships. The role focuses on delivering warm, spa-like service, listening to client needs, and applying a proven sales process to grow membership sales and loyalty.

You will work with scheduling and payments through easy-to-learn software, earn hourly pay starting at $16.00, and be eligible for monthly bonuses and wellness plan commissions.

Qualifications

• Prior retail sales experience preferred; selling memberships or services in-person to potential clients.
• Customer Service in a spa-like environment is preferred; attention, hospitality, and execution.
• Familiarity with modern office tools; scheduling and payments are processed with computer programs.

• The right candidate can turn every incident of client criticism to a story of great customer service. Qualifications:
