Job summary

Elements Massage in Keller, TX is seeking a Retail Sales Associate who can guide clients through our wellness program with warmth and a strong sales process. You’ll listen deeply, build relationships, and turn feedback into excellent service in a spa‑like setting.

You’ll handle scheduling and payments using friendly, easy‑to‑learn computer programs, enjoy bonuses for monthly conversions, and a complimentary monthly massage. Prior retail experience and a customer‑first attitude are valued.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail sales preferred; selling memberships or services in person.
• Strong listening and communication skills to build client relationships.
• Experience in spa-like or service environment preferred; hospitality oriented.

• The right candidate can turn every incident of client criticism to a story of great customer service. Qualifications:
• Prior retail sales experience preferred; selling memberships or services in‑person to potential clients.
• Customer Service in a spa‑like or similar environment is preferred; catering experiences that distinguish their value with attention, hospitality, and execution.
• Familiarity with modern office tools and systems; scheduling and payments are all processed with easy‑to‑learn computer programs.
• Driven to create the best work environment for the employees and the best experiences for the client.
