Job summary

Elements Massage studio in Charlotte, NC is seeking a Retail Sales Associate to help clients discover and enjoy our wellness offerings. You will follow a proven sales process, listen to client needs, and convert inquiries into memberships and services.

This role offers $15–$17 per hour, monthly bonuses based on conversion, medical insurance, and a complimentary monthly massage. Prior retail experience is preferred; strong communication and hospitality are valued.

Qualifications

• Prior retail sales experience preferred; selling memberships or services in-person to potential clients.
• Ability to follow our proven sales process to sell the monthly Elements Wellness Program and build customer loyalty.
• The right candidate must like talking, but love listening to clients and prospects.
• Familiarity with modern office tools; scheduling and payments processed with computer programs.

• Customer Service in a spa‑like or similar environment is preferred; catering experiences that distinguish their value with attention, hospitality, and execution.
• Familiarity with modern office tools and systems; scheduling and payments are all processed with easy‑to‑learn computer programs.
• Driven to create the best work environment for the employees and the best experiences for the client.
