Job summary

Elements Massage, LLC in Melbourne, FL is seeking a Retail Sales Associate to help clients choose memberships and services while delivering exceptional customer experiences. You will follow a proven sales process, listen to client needs, and build loyalty.

The role includes opening/closing the studio, answering phones, scheduling, selling memberships, cleaning, and light laundry. Evening and weekend availability is required; prior retail experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• Prior retail sales experience preferred; selling memberships or services in‑person to potential clients.
• Good listening skills and ability to convert client needs into solutions.
• Comfort with talking to customers while delivering excellent service.
• Familiarity with scheduling and payments through computer programs.

• Prior retail sales experience preferred; selling memberships or services in‐person to potential clients.
• Customer Service in a spa‑like or similar environment is preferred; catering experiences that distinguish their value with attention, hospitality, and execution.
• Familiarity with modern office tools and systems; scheduling and payments are all processed with easy‑to‑learn computer programs.
• Driven to create the best work environment for the employees and the best experiences for the client.
