Job summary

Elements Therapeutic Massage, LLC is seeking Retail Sales Associates to help clients through the Elements Wellness Program and deliver first‑class service in a spa‑like setting.

You will follow our proven sales process, listen actively to new and existing clients, and build loyalty while ensuring a welcoming, professional atmosphere. Prior retail experience preferred, with friendly, hospitality‑driven approach.

Qualifications

• Active listening and communication skills essential for understanding client needs.
• Ability to follow a proven sales process to promote the Elements Wellness Program.
• Prior retail sales experience preferred; familiarity with in-person memberships or services.
• Experience in a spa-like or hospitality environment is a plus; strong hospitality and execution.

• The right candidate can turn every incident of client criticism to a story of great customer service. Qualifications
• Prior retail sales experience preferred; selling memberships or services in‑person to potential clients.
• Customer Service in a spa‑like or similar environment is preferred; catering experiences that distinguish their value with attention, hospitality, and execution.
• Familiarity with modern office tools and systems; scheduling and payments are all processed with easy‑to‑learn computer programs.
• Driven to create the best work environment for the employees and the best experiences for the client.
