Job summary

Elements Massage is seeking a motivated Retail Sales Associate to drive membership sales and provide outstanding customer service in a spa-like studio environment. You will listen to client needs, explain the Elements Wellness Program, and guide new and existing clients toward the right services.

The role emphasizes friendly, attentive service, accuracy with scheduling and payments, and a willingness to participate in trainings.

Qualifications

• Prior retail sales or service experience preferred.
• Ability to sell the Elements Wellness Program and memberships.
• Excellent listening and customer-service skills.
• Open availability to accommodate studio schedule.

Here’s what we are looking for:

• Ability to follow our proven sales process to sell the monthly Elements Wellness Program and build customer loyalty.
• The right candidate must like talking, but more important, love listening to all new clients, established clients, and prospective clients.
• The right candidate can turn every incident of client criticism to a story of great customer service.
• Qualifications:
• Prior retail sales experience preferred; selling memberships or services in‑person to potential clients.
• Customer Service in a spa‑like or similar environment is preferred; catering experiences that distinguish their value with attention, hospitality, and execution.
• Familiarity with modern office tools and systems; scheduling and payments are all processed through computer programs.
• Driven to create the best work environment for the employees and the best experiences for the client.

Responsibilities

A WMA is responsible for membership sales, building customer loyalty, and meeting studio goals and objectives to ensure growth and profitability and a superior experience for everyone.

WMA’s are also required to perform tasks in order to uphold studio and company standards. Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Maintain a high standard of cleanliness throughout the entire studio
• Communicate professionally and efficiently with coworkers and clients
• Be present for scheduled shifts and follow absence policies/procedures set in place by studio management
• Meet with studio management on a regular basis regarding individual needs
• Maintain professionalism throughout the entire studio including employee break room
• Present yourself professionally while following dress code and maintaining good hygiene throughout shift
• Participate in all trainings
