Job summary

WellBiz Brands, Inc. is seeking a retail sales associate to positively impact clients by offering the Elements Wellness Program and related services. You will follow a proven sales process, engage new and existing clients, and build loyalty through exceptional service in a spa‑like environment.

Experience in retail sales and membership sales is preferred. The role offers pay per hour with potential bonuses based on performance and opportunities at a wellness-focused studio based in Castle Rock,

Qualifications

• Ability to follow our proven sales process to sell the Elements Wellness Program and build customer loyalty.
• Love talking and listening to all new clients, established clients, and prospective clients.
• Prior retail sales experience preferred; selling memberships or services in‑person to potential clients.
• Customer service in a spa‑like environment is preferred; hospitality and execution are valued.

Requirements

• Can turn every incident of client criticism to a story of great customer service.
• Prior retail sales experience preferred; selling memberships or services in‑person to potential clients.
• Customer service in a spa‑like or similar environment is preferred; catering experiences that distinguish their value with attention, hospitality, and execution.
• Familiarity with modern office tools and systems; scheduling and payments processed with easy‑to‑learn computer programs.
• Driven to create the best work environment for the employees and the best experiences for the client.
• Membership sales experience required.
