Responsibilities

• Processes freight and assists with price changes/markdowns.
• Balances the register according to company policy.
• Bags merchandise efficiently during checkout.
• Handles cash, checks, and credit cards correctly per policy.
• Obtains management approval for returns, voids, and checks.
• Maintains housekeeping duties and safe store environment.
• Provides friendly customer service, greets customers, and guides them to products.
• Explains exchange/refund policies to customers after transactions.
• Supports loss prevention and reports incidents as required.
• Performs other duties as assigned by store management.
