Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills are essential.
• Able to work nights and weekends as needed.
• Able to perform basic math calculations.

Responsibilities

• Processes freight and assists with price changes/markdowns.
• Balances the register according to company policy and handles payments.
• Provides courteous customer service and greets customers.
• Maintains proper fitting room, rings up transactions, and invites returns.
• Follows safety procedures and maintains a professional appearance.
• Assists merchandising on the sales floor and stock levels.
• Explains exchange and refund policies to customers.
• Supports Loss Prevention by reporting incidents and following policies.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
