New Balance Athletics, Inc. is seeking part-time Retail Sale Associates to deliver exceptional customer service in our Los Angeles-area stores.

You will educate customers on product features, assist with fittings, and promote ongoing promotions while maintaining a polished, well-stocked floor. The role requires strong communication, teamwork, and the ability to lift and move product up to 50 lbs with assistance.

Qualifikationen

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Strong customer service and verbal communication skills.
• Demonstrated ability to flourish in a team environment.
• Familiarity with cash register functions.
• Ability to quickly perform basic math.
• Willingness to work a flexible schedule including weekends and holidays.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs with assistance.
• Regular associate duties in a retail environment.

Aufgaben

• Provide customer service using product knowledge and proper selling techniques.
• Correctly measure and fit customers with appropriate NB product.
• Inform customers about promotions and offers.
• Keep the sales floor neat, organized, and well stocked; ensure items are labeled and priced.
• Monitor merchandise, attach/detach security tags, report shrinkage and incidents.
• Follow safety regulations and report accidents or near misses.
