Job summary

You will use expert product knowledge and the GUEST service model to assist customers during the transaction process. Responsibilities include greeting customers, understanding needs, educating on product features, and closing sales while maintaining a neat, well-stocked floor.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Past retail experience preferred, but not necessary.
• Strong customer service and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to flourish in a team environment.
• Familiarity with cash register functions.
• Ability to quickly perform basic math.
• Willingness to work a flexible schedule that may include weekends and holidays.
• Ability to lift/move boxes as needed.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service using the GUEST service model and greet customers.
• Correctly measure and fit customers with NB products.
• Inform customers about promotions and keep the floor neat and stocked.
• Make sure items are labeled and priced properly.
• Protect products by monitoring floor merchandise and reporting issues.
• Follow safety regulations and report accidents or near misses.
