FirstCash Holdings, Inc. is seeking entry-level, full-time Retail Sales Associates for pawn store locations across the United States.

You will greet customers, process sales and loans, and collaborate with staff to deliver excellent service while maximizing earnings through hourly pay plus commissions. Qualifications

• Must have strong customer service orientation.
• Cash handling experience preferred.
• Proficiency with POS systems.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced store environment.
• Bilingual applicants encouraged (English/Spanish).

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and assist with financial solutions.
• Perform open/close procedures.
• Maintain clean, stocked sales floor and display.
• Process sales and loan transactions per policy.
• Handle cash and negotiables per procedures.
• Answer customer calls and assist with inquiries.
• Explain legal aspects of pawn and buy transactions.
• Collaborate with team to ensure a great customer experience.
• Complete training and participate in ongoing learning.
