Job summary

FirstCash Holdings, Inc. is seeking a full-time Retail Sales Associate in our stores. You will greet customers, assist with sales, loans, and product inquiries while delivering friendly, efficient service.

Qualifications

• Must be 18+ with a HS diploma or GED.
• Able to stand, walk, lift up to 50 lbs.
• Flexible schedule including weekends/holidays.
• Comfortable with various merchandise (firearms in FFL locations; certification provided).
• Bilingual applicants encouraged.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers with sales, loans and product inquiries.
• Explain terms and complete paperwork for pawn and short-term loans.
• Process sales and loan activity accurately per guidelines.
• Evaluate merchandise condition and value for buying/selling/loans.
• Maintain a clean, organized sales floor and displays.
• Handle cash and negotiable items responsibly.
• Support store operations, including opening/closing tasks.
• Communicate clearly with customers and team members.
• Complete required training and follow company policies.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
