FirstCash is seeking entry-level, full-time Retail Sales Associate in our pawn store locations nationwide. You will greet customers, process sales and loans, and help with merchandise while delivering friendly service in a fast-paced environment.

Employees earn an hourly wage plus commission on transactions, with Earned Wage Access after 2 days of employment. A comprehensive benefits package and 401(k) are available for full-time staff.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent.
• Willing to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Ability to work a flexible retail schedule.
• Cash handling experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greets and interacts with customers to develop rapport and offer appropriate financial solutions.
• Performs sales and loan transactions following established policies and procedures.
• Keeps the sales floor clean, stocked, and maintains merchandise displays.
