FirstCash is seeking entry-level, full-time Retail Sales Associate for pawn store locations nationwide. You will work with the staff to service customers, process sales and loans, and handle transactions with a strong emphasis on customer service and accuracy.

The position offers hourly pay with commission opportunities and benefits such as earned wage access, health coverage, and 401k. Training will be provided, and multiple locations are available.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Customer service experience preferred.
• Willing to perform physical duties.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and assist with sales and loans.
• Process sales and loan transactions according to policies.
• Maintain sales floor and merchandise displays.
• Handle cash and checks per policy.
