FirstCash is seeking entry-level, full-time pawnbroker/retail sales associates for nationwide pawn store locations. You will assist with lending and retail transactions, greet customers, and support the team to deliver exceptional service.

The role offers hourly pay plus a commission incentive based on personal performance, with earned wage access and a robust benefits package, including medical options and 401k.

Qualifications

• Must be willing and able to lift/carry up to 50 pounds.
• Must be able to perform duties for extended periods (standing, walking, lifting).
• Ability to work with firearms and to become firearms certified.

Responsibilities

• Greets and interacts with customers to develop rapport and provide financial solutions.
• Performs non-management open/close procedures.
• Keeps the sales floor clean, stocked, and maintains display of merchandise.
• Handles cash and negotiable items per policies.
